The International Space Cooperation (ISC) is a subsidiary of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Its vision is to coordinate global resources to accelerate space development and ensure that the benefits derived from such advancements are equitably distributed among all of humanity.
Project Alice
The ISC focuses on developing innovative space technologies centered around humanoid robotics. The organization’s projects include:
- Electric Hearts Artificial Intelligence System
- Star Children Robotic Bodies
- Laputa Space Stations
- Duckling Space Shuttles
- Rabbit Hole Lunar Stations
All the above projects are developed around Alice, the first robot with true artificial intelligence. Collectively, they are referred to as Project Alice.
The names “Duckling” and “Rabbit Hole” were originally coined as nicknames by Alice’s classmates but have since gained enough popularity to be adopted as official designations.
