The Rabbit Hole Lunar Stations are small underground outposts that Alice constructed on the moon’s surface.
Name
These stations are named using the format “location + hole.” Due to Alice’s Lepus body resembling a rabbit and her somewhat chaotic construction style, her classmates humorously dubbed them “Rabbit Holes.”
Structure
Alice dug these underground stations to manage temperature fluctuations between the lunar day and night, shield against meteorite impacts, and collect deep rock samples. Working alone with limited resources, the stations are quite basic. Inside each hole, there is a lamp, a small server, and a battery pack. Outside, spare equipment is scattered around with several rings of solar panels surrounding the station. Alice parks her lunar rover nearby for charging.
Development
Initially temporary safehouses for Alice, the Rabbit Hole Lunar Stations were expanded as more robots joined and heavy equipment became available, eventually evolving into significant moon bases.
