Tianqing (full name: Bao Tianqing, Chinese: 包天青 “Lapis Lazuli”) is Leiting‘s primary school classmate. He serves as the Ethics and Laws representative for Class 3 of Grade 5 at Zhizheng Primary School. He is the non-blood related brother of Amber, the martial arts instructor of Tonyn the Spirit Rat.
