The Fengtai Dragon Ball is a spirit item artifact discovered by Leiting at Fengtai Observatory in the historical downtown of Guancheng. It originally belonged to Feng the Spirit Loong from the Old Stone Age. By inheriting its residual spirit power, Leiting became a spirit loong and is now the keeper of the artifact.
Properties
The Fengtai Dragon Ball is a smooth, round white jade ball slightly larger than a ping-pong ball. Originally crafted by Feng as a practice piece when she was learning how to make stone tools, it was later implanted with a primitive thermal spell mark, transforming it into a spirit item. The ball was placed in water bags or pots to water in summer and heat it in winter to prevent freezing. A simple yet practical tool.
Due to long-term use, the Dragon Ball accumulated significant residual spirit power, containing many of Feng’s memory fragments. When discovered by Leiting 13,000 years later, it still had a small amount of power that transferred to her body for unknown reasons, transforming her into a spirit loong.
Current State
After Leiting inherited the power from the Dragon Ball, its residual energy dissipated. However, the thermal spell mark inside still functions. Zoey analyzed the artifact and found it had no further research value. After scanning and modeling the spell marks, he returned it to Leiting for safekeeping.
