This was a gift to my friend Lilly. Lilly is the main developer of Shang Mu Architect (SMA), a fan game of Freedom Planet 1.
Shang Mu Architect is a level builder that based on Freedom Planet 1 asset style. It is similar to Super Mario Maker in a sense. SMA is not a mod of the original FP1 game, but a standalone project written from the ground up:

I drew this picture for Lilly as her OC and avatar, partly because she was using Libbie as her avatar to remind people about Libbie. I offered to design an original character for her, so this drama can turn a new leaf. But it seems she is still playing Lilly in discord servers.
Back to the character in this picture. This character’s name is Vela Cosmos. She is an astronomer because that’s Lilly’s dream job. She a snow goat with black fur. I chose black for her main color partly because of the night sky theme, partly because I wanted to differentiate her design from Libbie’s.
Vela‘s coat has International Space Cooperation (ISC)’s logo on it. I might give her a role in Electric Hearts and Spirit Animals in Disguise.
Note: Libbie was a mascot I designed for LibreOffice’s mascot contest. She was disqualified due to a rule change after the submission date. The final round candidates consisted of stolen arts, traced arts and uncompetitive designs, plus one design which people suspected to have connections with someone within LibreOffice. The contest was widely criticized for its mismanagement, and ended up being cancelled. I released Libbie into the Public Domain. The incident is still being mentioned from time to time due to its absurdity, pointlessness, tragedy, and drama in some corners of the internet.
