Each city typically has a local association, while countries or regions elect a general assembly to discuss and coordinate various affairs.

To address this, spirit animals often form civil organizations to unite their kind scattered across various human communities. These organizations provide support through collective strength and are known as “spirit animal associations.”

Each association has a unique structure influenced by human organizations in their areas, such as clans, churches, charities, businesses, guerrilla groups, and community offices. Larger human communities often lead to more members and complex organizations, enabling them to offer a wider range of services to their members.
Functions: The primary function of a spirit animal association is to create a member list, allowing local spirit animals to connect and stay in touch. Additionally, many associations organize meetings to discuss issues, establish neighborhood watch programs, provide social aid, build a monitoring network for spirit power fluctuations, seal off entrances to dangerous spirit realms, and punish spirit animals that threaten social stability.
Funding: To secure venues and funding, most spirit animal associations collect membership fees. Some also run businesses for stable income.
Membership: Spirit animal associations are generally based on proximity and voluntary membership, there is no restriction on applicant’s nationality or household registration address. Most spirit animals join the nearest association, though some chose not to join any organization.
