Feiya (full name: Su Feiya, Chinese: 苏飞亚 “Sophia”) is Leiting‘s classmate in Class 3 of Grade 5 at Zhizheng Primary School. She serves as the I.T. representative for her class, and is also the assistant programmer of Alice the Robot. She is a quiet and imaginative child who has a talent in programming.
Personality
Quiet and calm: Feiya is usually quiet and calm, showing very little emotion fluctuation.
Imaginative: Feiya is a very imaginative child who often laughs at her own funny thoughts.
Audacious advisor: Although it seems that Alice is leading and Feiya is following, in reality, Feiya often proposes bolder and more interesting ideas and encourages her to carry them out.
Specialties
Talented in programming but lacking experience: Feiya has shown talent in programming but lacks experience, resulting in quirky bugs that need fixing as she runs her programs. To work on the go, Feiya carries a 10-inch portable laptop with her.
Familiar with electronic devices: Feiya is familiar with all kinds of electronic devices, especially the computer hardware and software. She often helps classmates and teachers solve technical problems.
Highly focused: Feiya can maintain a strong focus on her tasks and is not easily distracted.
Life
Alice’s assistant programmer: Alice ran into a few bugs in her system after transferring to Class 3. Feiya quickly resolved some of these issues, impressing Zoey, Alice’s main engineer, who invited her to be a “petit programmer” to develop Alice’s programs.
IT representative of Class 3: Feiya is currently the Information Technology Representative of Class 3. She is collaborating with Kiki the Art Representative and Lanxi the Music Representative to develop a mini-game featuring Alice as the playable character.
Relationships
Alice, Feiya’s robot classmate and mission partner: Feiya and Alice are task partners and good friends, and their relationship is close and harmonious. Feiya writes drivers for Alice to integrate all kinds of devices into her body for testing (messing around), while also teaching her basic programming.
Lanxi, Feiya’s classmate and a co-developer of their mini-game: Lanxi often asks Feiya questions related to music production on a computer. When she learned that Feiya was developing a mini-game, she offered to provide music for the game.
Kiki, Feiya’s classmate and a co-developer of their mini-game: Feiya helped Kiki find her favorite digital painting app and configured her tablet for drawing. When she learned that Feiya was developing a mini-game, she offered to provide artworks for the game and put forward many constructive suggestions on the gameplay.
Libbie, Feiya’s head teacher: Libbie is not very computer-savvy, so she relies on Feiya for technical support.
Zoey, Feiya’s programming mentor: Zoey recognizes Feiya’s programming talent and wants to nurture it. He brought her onto Alice Project as a “Petite programmer” and personally guided her work.
