The World Spirit Animal Alliance is a secret organization operating within the United Nations, primarily composed of spirit animals of UN representatives and UN employees from various countries. They utilize the UN platform to facilitate international cooperation among spirit animals.
The Alliance is not an official organization, but rather an informal platform for communication and discussion. Its structure is loose and personal. During UN meetings, spirit animals secretly engage in their own discussions using the telepathy spell with their spirit bands.
Before intervention by other regions’ spirit animals can occur, a local Spirit Animal Association must issue a call for help. Members form task groups based on individual assessments and carry out initiatives via UN agencies, local associations, or personal efforts.
Alliance members typically act boldly and directly, contrasting with the more cautious approach of the United Nations. They do not shy away from using armed forces for cross-border interventions in major organized crimes involving spirit animals.
